arenaflex is a fast‑growing e‑commerce solutions provider that partners with leading brands to bring their products to millions of customers worldwide. Our mission is to combine cutting‑edge technology with meticulous data management to create seamless shopping experiences on platforms like Amazon. As a company that values agility, precision, and continuous improvement, we invest heavily in our people, offering them the tools, training, and autonomy needed to excel. If you thrive in a dynamic environment where every keystroke directly impacts brand visibility and sales performance, arenaflex is the place where your talent will be recognized and rewarded.

Role Overview – Why This Position Matters

We are seeking a dedicated Data Entry Specialist who will serve as the backbone of our Amazon listing operations. This hybrid role blends on‑site collaboration with remote flexibility, allowing you to master both the strategic and tactical aspects of data management. After an intensive 90‑day on‑site training program, you will transition to a predominantly remote work setting, equipped with the technology and support needed to succeed. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that every product listing is accurate, compelling, and compliant with Amazon’s ever‑evolving standards, thereby safeguarding the health of our clients’ brand accounts.

Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Do Every Day

  • Collect, verify, and enter data for assigned projects with a focus on speed and accuracy.
  • Craft high‑quality Amazon product listings, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend keywords.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—marketing, inventory, and compliance—to maintain optimal Amazon account health.
  • Oversee and review the work of remote team members, providing constructive feedback and ensuring consistency across listings.
  • Manage Brand Registry Listings within the Brand Partnership Program, ensuring proper brand protection and compliance.
  • Navigate manufacturer websites and brand data files to extract essential product specifications and images.
  • Perform routine audits of existing listings to identify and correct errors, gaps, or policy violations.
  • Assist in the development and refinement of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for data entry and listing creation.
  • Participate in weekly team meetings, sharing insights and proposing process improvements.
  • Execute any additional duties assigned by the manager to support overall business objectives.

Essential Qualifications – What You Must Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in business, information systems, or related fields is a plus.
  • Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in data entry, preferably within an e‑commerce or retail environment.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including formulas, pivot tables, and data validation.
  • Strong familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and the mechanics of creating and managing product listings.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with a track record of delivering error‑free work under tight deadlines.
  • Self‑motivated work ethic, capable of managing time effectively and meeting productivity targets independently.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask across multiple projects without sacrificing quality.
  • Reliable attendance record and a professional approach to remote work etiquette.

Preferred Qualifications – Nice‑to‑Have Skills

  • Experience with aftermarket automotive parts or similar niche product categories.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices for Amazon listings, including keyword research and optimization.
  • Familiarity with digital asset management tools for handling product images and media files.
  • Exposure to project management software such as Asana, Trello, or Monday.com.
  • Basic understanding of e‑commerce analytics platforms (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle Scout).

Core Skills & Competencies – How You’ll Succeed

  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data, spot inconsistencies, and make data‑driven decisions.
  • Communication: Clear written communication for crafting product copy and providing feedback to teammates.
  • Problem‑Solving: Proactive approach to identifying obstacles and proposing practical solutions.
  • Adaptability: Comfort with evolving Amazon policies and rapid changes in product catalog requirements.
  • Tech Savvy: Quick learner of new software tools, browser extensions, and data‑entry platforms.

Career Growth & Learning Opportunities at arenaflex

arenaflex is committed to the professional development of every employee. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will have access to:

  • Structured onboarding and mentorship programs that accelerate your mastery of Amazon ecosystem intricacies.
  • Ongoing training workshops covering advanced Excel techniques, Amazon advertising, and brand compliance.
  • Opportunities to transition into senior data management, quality assurance, or e‑commerce strategy roles as you demonstrate expertise.
  • Cross‑departmental projects that broaden your skill set and expose you to marketing, supply chain, and product development functions.
  • Certification support for industry‑recognized credentials such as Amazon Advertising Certification or Google Data Analytics.

Work Environment & Culture – What It’s Like at arenaflex

Our culture blends the energy of a high‑growth start‑up with the stability of an established e‑commerce partner. Key aspects include:

  • Hybrid Flexibility: After the initial 90‑day training period, you can work from home four days a week, with one day in the office for collaborative sessions.

  • Life insurance coverage to protect you and your loved ones.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company match, helping you build long‑term financial security.
  • Generous paid time off: 40 hours of PTO after the first 90 days, plus 8 hours of sick leave in the first year.
  • Flexible work schedule after the initial 120‑day period, subject to manager approval.
  • Provision of all necessary remote‑work equipment (laptop, monitor, ergonomic accessories) upon successful completion of training.
  • Employee assistance programs, wellness resources, and regular virtual health challenges.
