FCM Emergency Assist Assistant Team Manager

About you As part of FCM’s Emergency Assist team, you will work directly with the Team Leader, supporting them in the day-to-day running of the team and ensuring the necessary functions of our clients’ travel programme are exceeded. In this Assistant Team Manager role, you will play a key part in maintaining operational excellence, stepping up to take on Team Leader responsibilities when they are out of the office. You will play an integral part in the success of our relationships with our clients and are often the first line of communication with our clients and travellers. Using your high level of operational knowledge, you will deliver consistently high-quality service by actively listening and interpreting traveller requirements and providing sound and constructive information and options for travel. You will have a desire for learning, consistently think ahead to identify business needs and take proactive steps to improve efficiencies. You will bring your energy, passion and ‘think different’ attitude to any challenge and be able to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders - working both independently and in a team environment. You will be attentive to client and traveller needs while supporting the Team Leader in driving team performance and engagement.

Qualifications
