Job Summary The Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and tracking of cross-functional business projects. This role monitors project schedules, tracks tracking logs, coordinates timelines, and handles communication across team members and functional stakeholders. The Project Coordinator ensures documentation is maintained and milestones are delivered on time, serving as a tactical operational anchor for the project team. Key Performance Indicators New features introduced End user adoption of new features Bug fixes completed Active projects in system Principal Duties and Responsibilities Coordinate project schedules, tracking mechanisms, and milestone deliverables to keep assignments running on time. Support the compilation, tracking, and organization of regular team project updates and statuses. Maintain central project repositories, team documentation libraries, and tracking systems. Facilitate regular project meetings by scheduling calls, documenting key takeaways, and distributing recaps. Track project resource allocations, open action items, and follow up with owners regarding due dates. Administer project management tools and collaboration platforms for the assigned department or functional area. Assist in creating status decks, project briefs, and basic data readouts for internal reviews. Escalate schedule variances and potential project delays to the Project Manager or functional lead. Support project training coordination, onboarding tracks for new team members, and shared learning initiatives. Perform other project-related duties and operational support tasks as needed. Participate in up to 10% domestic travel for internal workshops and business meetings. CANDIDATE SUMMARY Required Experience Minimum 2 years of professional experience in project support, administrative coordination, or department operations. Demonstrated experience utilizing project tracking applications or collaborative workflow systems. Proven ability to track milestones, follow up on action items, and manage detailed documentation schedules. Strong digital proficiency with office software tools including spreadsheets, presentations, and word processing applications. Required Leadership Traits and Characteristics Strong organizational capability with high attention to structural detail and recordkeeping. Excellent clear verbal and written communication skills across cross-functional team lines. Collaborative mindset to track data points across varied stakeholder networks seamlessly. Problem-solving skills to clear scheduling conflicts and track logistics issues. Basic data comfort to interpret milestones, project progress metrics, and standard operational logs. Formal Education, Qualifications or Training Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
