Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Do Every Day

  • Resolve Complex Consumer Issues: Use sound judgment and innovative thinking to address high‑level inquiries, ensuring compliance with arenaflex policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Guide First‑Level Representatives: Act as a subject‑matter expert, providing mentorship and real‑time assistance to junior team members handling challenging cases.
  • Assist Policyholders with Billing: Answer billing questions, explain charges, and help customers navigate payment options with clarity and empathy.
  • Process Policy Changes: Accurately update coverage, beneficiaries, and personal information while adhering to strict data‑security standards.
  • Recommend Solutions: Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction by suggesting appropriate policy adjustments or additional coverage options.
  • Document Interactions: Maintain detailed, organized records of each customer contact in arenaflex’s CRM system to support future reference and analytics.

Essential Qualifications – What We Need From You

  • Minimum 6 months of customer service experience (call‑center environment preferred).
  • Age 18+ and a high school diploma or GED.
  • Ability to type at least 25 words per minute with accuracy.
  • Comfortable using a desktop computer and Windows operating system.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with a professional, courteous tone.
  • Logical problem‑solving abilities and a proactive, “can‑do” attitude.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Reliable home office setup: quiet workspace, high‑speed internet (≥25 Mbps download, ≥5 Mbps upload), and proof of speed.
