As a Remote Data Entry & Customer Support Specialist, you will become an integral part of arenaflex’s AI‑powered guest experience team, helping to train, refine, and maintain the data models that power our attractions, virtual assistants, and online services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Collection & Entry: Accurately input and validate large volumes of guest‑related data, ensuring completeness and consistency for AI model training.
  • Collaboration with Cross‑Functional Teams: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to understand data requirements and provide timely feedback.
  • Support ML Model Development: Assist in the creation, testing, and deployment of ML solutions such as predictive analytics, image recognition, natural language processing (NLP), and anomaly detection.
  • Quality Assurance & Testing: Participate in QA cycles, conduct manual and automated tests, and help maintain high data integrity standards.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline data workflows, reduce manual effort, and enhance overall efficiency.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Produce clear documentation of data processes, maintain logs of changes, and generate regular performance reports for stakeholders.
  • Customer Interaction: Provide friendly, knowledgeable support to guests via phone, chat, or email, resolving inquiries and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Project Participation: Contribute to large‑scale AI initiatives, collaborating with specialists to scale solutions across multiple attractions.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field is a plus.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Basic familiarity with programming concepts (e.g., Python) and an eagerness to learn advanced tools.
  • Comfortable working with structured and unstructured data (text, images, video, audio).
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—and the ability to convey technical information to non‑technical audiences.
  • Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications & Technical Skills
