As a member of the arenaflex Member Services team, you will be the frontline ambassador for our brand, guiding members through onboarding, account setup, and ongoing financial education. Your voice will be the bridge between complex digital solutions and the human stories behind each account. Key Responsibilities

  • Member Interaction: Respond to member inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, consistently demonstrating care, patience, and professionalism.
  • Active Listening & Problem Solving: Identify each member’s unique needs, provide empathetic guidance, and recommend appropriate arenaflex products or resources.
  • Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing: Work closely with teammates to exchange best practices, contribute to a shared knowledge base, and continuously improve service quality.
  • Accurate Documentation: Meticulously record all member interactions and updates in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and compliance with internal policies.
  • Volume Management: Efficiently handle a high volume of inbound communications while maintaining a high first‑contact resolution rate.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer‑service environment, such as a call center or retail setting.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in finance, communications, or related fields are a plus.
  • Availability to work an 8‑hour shift Monday‑Friday, within the 7 am – 8 pm window, to align with arenaflex’s service hours in the Dallas and Houston metros.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle a high volume of inbound calls while maintaining composure and professionalism.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a proven track record of delivering clear, concise, and empathetic messages.
  • People‑focused mindset, solution orientation, and a genuine desire to help members improve their financial health.

Preferred Qualifications & Additional Skills

  • Experience with digital banking platforms, fintech applications, or personal finance tools.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) and basic data entry best practices.
