This full‑time, remote position offers a consistent Monday‑through‑Friday schedule (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM CT) with no weekend requirements. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform high‑volume data entry tasks with a minimum accuracy rate of 99 % in accordance with client‑specific guidelines.
  • Identify, classify, and route various document types—including MEDI forms—using established taxonomy and quality‑control procedures.
  • Execute verification, validation, and correction workflows to ensure data integrity across multiple platforms.
  • Collaborate with team leads and quality assurance analysts to resolve ambiguities, address exceptions, and continuously improve processing standards.
  • Maintain meticulous records of work completed, time spent, and any issues encountered, providing transparent reporting for audit purposes.
