Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning & Execution: Work directly with business stakeholders to identify data and technology needs, translate them into clear requirements, and oversee end‑to‑end delivery of data solutions.
• Data Architecture & Tooling: Collaborate with data engineers and developers to design robust data pipelines, storage solutions, and analytical tools that meet the evolving demands of the finance, product, and operations teams.
• Innovation Leadership: Champion the exploration and adoption of emerging technologies—such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, and advanced analytics—to drive breakthrough initiatives.
• Data Governance & Quality: Ensure the integrity, security, and compliance of all financial data streams by establishing best‑practice governance frameworks and rigorous testing protocols.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Serve as the liaison between finance, product, engineering, and analytics groups, facilitating seamless communication and alignment on data‑related projects.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, MIS, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 4+ years of hands‑on experience in data and automation, with at least 2 years focused on financial data management.
• Proven expertise in building and maintaining large‑scale data environments.
• Strong proficiency in SQL query development and optimization.
• Demonstrated experience creating workflow automation using arenaflex Cloud (formerly Alteryx Cloud).
• Familiarity with data‑engineering platforms such as arenaflex (formerly Snowflake) and programming languages like arenaflex (formerly Python).
• Experience drafting business requirements, conducting functional testing, and supporting large‑scale data initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
