  • Assist senior staff in developing and refining framework foundations, ensuring alignment with evolving business goals.
  • Support the creation of scalable, high‑touch support processes that enable seamless partner interactions.
  • Participate in regular data quality audits, identifying and correcting inconsistencies before they impact downstream analytics.
  • Contribute to documentation of best practices, fostering a culture of ownership and accountability for data integrity.
  • Help drive continuous improvement initiatives by proposing innovative solutions to streamline data entry workflows.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders to translate technical data insights into clear, actionable recommendations for non‑technical audiences.

Minimum Capabilities (Required Experience)

  • 10 years of experience leading people, managers, and teams, as well as mentoring and developing a team – Relevant leadership experience in student organizations, clubs, or project groups is welcomed.
  • 5 years of experience in scaled and high‑touch support, managing cross‑functional partners, and leveraging central capabilities – Internships or part‑time roles that involved stakeholder coordination are applicable.

Preferred Capabilities (Desired Skills)

  • Experience in business analysis, systems design, systems integration, data modeling, and solutions delivery.
  • Ability to use data to drive strategy and business outcomes, communicate complex ideas to both technical and non‑technical audiences, and influence cross‑functional partners.
  • Capacity to inspire design teams to collaborate, build industry‑leading engineering foundations, drive adoption, and deliver impact.
  • Skill in solving ambiguous problems and scaling solutions across an organization and distributed team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical, and partnership skills.
