The Role The Amazon Account Specialist (Remote work position) will be a key member of the team, seeking to work for a growing digital marketing agency. This role provides administrative, operational, and Seller Central support to help drive the growth of Black Compass Digital’s business and its clients. This role will be a partner to the stakeholders by providing quality, transparent and meaningful reporting and analysis to support key business decisions. This is a full-time job with the expectations of working 40 hours per week. Amazon PPC experience is mandatory Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and implement long and short-term strategic direction and plans to drive revenue.
  • Report (daily, weekly, monthly) and overall account health and provide recommendations to enhance performance.
  • Be responsible for Amazon store end-to-end management, increasing ranking, conversion, and overall sales.
  • Develop and execute paid media campaigns across various platforms
  • Ensure efficient and effective day-to-day operations across all Amazon-related activities.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copywriting to optimize campaign performance and drive quality traffic.
  • Continuously monitor campaign metrics, such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS), and make data-driven adjustments to improve results.
  • Manage advertising budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROl and adherence to allocated spending limits.
  • Monitor daily spending and adjust campaign bids, targeting parameters, and budget allocations as needed to optimize performance and achieve objectives.
  • Implement conversion tracking mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of paid media campaigns in driving desired actions, such as form submissions, purchases, or sign-ups. Preferred Skills and Qualities Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central tools and processes. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills. Effective communicator, both written and verbal. Proactive problem-solver with a customer-focused mindset. Ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously.
