Information & Data Quality Specialist – Distribution Operations (Full-Time, On-Site)

Remote, USA Full-time Posted 2026-06-14

About arenaflex and the Opportunity

arenaflex is a forward-thinking organization committed to operational excellence, precision, and innovation across every facet of its business. Our Distribution Center in Oklahoma City serves as the beating heart of our supply chain operations, where accuracy, efficiency, and collaboration come together to ensure that our products reach customers reliably and on time. We are currently seeking a meticulous, analytically driven Information & Data Quality Specialist to join our dedicated team and play a critical role in safeguarding the integrity of the data that powers our entire distribution process.

This is not a typical data entry position — it is a chance to become an information expert within a dynamic, high-volume distribution environment. At arenaflex, we believe that clean, accurate data is the foundation of operational success. If you have a sharp eye for detail, love solving puzzles hidden within numbers, and thrive in a structured yet fast-paced workplace, this role offers an exceptional opportunity to grow your career with a stable, values-driven company.

Key Responsibilities

As an Information & Data Quality Specialist at arenaflex, you will take ownership of the accuracy, reliability, and continuous improvement of the data that supports our distribution operations. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Data Review and Interpretation: Carefully audit and interpret large volumes of operational and transactional data to identify discrepancies, patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Issue Resolution and Problem Solving: Investigate data inconsistencies, troubleshoot root causes, and implement corrective actions that enhance overall process efficiency and accuracy.
  • Process Optimization: Dedicate significant portions of your day to analyzing workflows and determining how to achieve top-tier production outcomes through better data management practices.
  • Focused Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of concentration for extended periods, ensuring that every record, entry, and report meets arenaflex’s rigorous quality standards.
  • Report Generation: Prepare, format, and present clear, concise reports using Microsoft Excel, Access, and SQL to support decision-making across departments.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with distribution center leadership, IT, and operations teams to communicate findings, recommend solutions, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • System Maintenance: Assist in maintaining and updating internal databases, ensuring data integrity, version control, and proper documentation of processes.
  • Compliance and Quality Standards: Uphold all internal and regulatory data quality standards, contributing to a culture of accountability and excellence.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role at arenaflex, candidates must bring a strong combination of technical proficiency, analytical thinking, and personal discipline. The following are required:

  • Microsoft Office Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP), Access, and SQL for data manipulation and reporting.
  • Strong PC Skills: Solid computer literacy with the ability to navigate multiple systems, learn new software quickly, and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
  • Attention to Detail: Proven ability to maintain focused attention to detail for extended periods of time without sacrificing speed or accuracy.
  • Analytical Thinking: Exceptional critical thinking and analytical problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable insights.
  • Communication Skills: Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills to document findings and collaborate with team members.
  • Schedule Availability: Ability to work a consistent Monday through Friday schedule in a full-time capacity at our Oklahoma City Distribution Center.
  • Reliability: A strong work ethic, consistent punctuality, and the ability to thrive in a structured, on-site team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

While not strictly required, the following qualifications will set you apart as a candidate and accelerate your success at arenaflex:

  • Prior experience in data entry, data analysis, information management, or distribution/logistics operations.
  • Basic programming or scripting skills (such as VBA, Python, or similar languages) to automate repetitive tasks and improve efficiency.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), enterprise resource planning (ERP) platforms, or other large-scale data systems.
  • Experience working in a high-volume distribution, manufacturing, or retail fulfillment environment.
  • A degree or coursework in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Skills and Competencies for Success

Beyond the technical qualifications, arenaflex values the personal attributes and competencies that allow team members to flourish. Successful Information & Data Quality Specialists at arenaflex typically demonstrate:

  • Intellectual Curiosity: A genuine desire to understand how things work and a constant drive to ask “why” and “how can we improve?”
  • Time Management: The ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment where multiple deadlines converge.
  • Adaptability: Comfort with evolving processes, new technologies, and shifting business priorities.
  • Team-Oriented Mindset: A collaborative spirit that values shared success over individual recognition.
  • Integrity and Accountability: A commitment to doing things the right way, even when no one is watching.
  • Continuous Improvement Mentality: An eagerness to suggest, test, and implement better ways of working.
