Within this organization, our Netfx team represents a growing cross-functional Visual Effects (VFX) initiative built on arenaflex's innovative platform. Netfx optimizes the pairing of skills to responsibilities, enabling us to execute a high volume of global productions. With an extensive ecosystem of assets — including VFX companies and artists throughout the post-production landscape — we ensure our members enjoy the best version of every show, sparking excitement across the globe.

As a Data Entry Specialist supporting live chat operations, you will contribute to maintaining the high standards of service excellence that define arenaflex while developing a robust skill set that positions you for future growth within business analytics and operations.

Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, your day-to-day contributions will include:

  • Responding promptly and professionally to live chat inquiries from internal stakeholders, external partners, and potentially members, ensuring accurate and timely data entry into relevant systems.
  • Conducting comprehensive analysis of transactional data and digital marketplace activity to support strategic initiatives.
  • Researching and evaluating market trends and competitive landscapes for international marketplaces, with a focus on the entertainment and media sectors.
