About the Role: Remote Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex

As a Remote Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will serve as a key contributor to our data management ecosystem, ensuring that every piece of information flowing into our commercial real estate database is accurate, complete, and up to date. You will work closely with property managers, analysts, and administrative teams to maintain the integrity of records that support property transactions, lease agreements, tenant files, and financial documentation.

This is a full-time remote position, giving you the flexibility to work from your home office while contributing meaningfully to a high-performing real estate operations team. Your day will be filled with purposeful work — entering new property listings, updating tenant information, verifying figures against source documents, and flagging inconsistencies for follow-up. Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately input, update, and maintain property records, tenant data, lease documentation, and transaction details within arenaflex's internal database systems.
  • Verify the accuracy of incoming data by cross-referencing source documents, digital files, and physical records to ensure consistency and completeness.
  • Review existing database entries on a regular schedule to identify outdated, duplicate, or incorrect information, and take corrective action promptly.
  • Collaborate with property managers, real estate analysts, and administrative staff to resolve data discrepancies and answer documentation-related questions.
  • Generate basic reports and data summaries as requested by supervisors, using Microsoft Excel and other data management tools.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive client and financial information in accordance with arenaflex's data protection policies.
  • Organize digital filing systems to ensure documents are easily retrievable by authorized team members.
  • Meet daily and weekly productivity targets while maintaining a high standard of accuracy — typically 98% or higher.

  • Provide general administrative support to the broader real estate operations team as needed, including scanning, uploading, and formatting documents.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required. Additional coursework in business administration, real estate, or office management is a plus.
