Position Summary

arenaflex is seeking a Remote Live Chat Data Entry Specialist to provide accurate, timely, and courteous data entry support through live‑chat interactions. This role is pivotal in maintaining the integrity of our customer records, ensuring that every subscriber’s profile, preferences, and transaction history are captured flawlessly. The successful candidate will work closely with the Finance and Payroll teams across the APAC region, primarily from a home‑based office in the Philippines, and will be a key contributor to our commitment to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver real‑time data entry assistance via live‑chat platforms, handling inbound customer inquiries with speed and professionalism.
  • Accurately input, update, and verify customer account details, billing information, and service preferences in arenaflex’s internal systems.
  • Resolve data‑related issues promptly, escalating complex cases to senior team members when necessary while maintaining a customer‑first attitude.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including Finance, Payroll, and Customer Support—to ensure data consistency across all arenaflex databases.
