  • Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders—including merchandising, planning, store operations, marketing, supply chain, and compliance—to gather and refine data needs that reflect arenaflex’s commitment to quality, cost‑effectiveness, and on‑time delivery.
  • Design, execute, and manage change cycles to ensure that bundling data is accurately reflected in product catalogs, master data repositories, and downstream systems.
  • Create and deliver engaging training materials, presentations, and communication plans for both internal and external audiences to promote best practices in data accuracy and bundle management.
  • Analyze data requirements, standards, and processes to drive secure, robust, and scalable solutions that meet industry regulations and support arenaflex’s market leadership.
  • Provide guidance and support to cross‑functional teams to ensure proper interpretation and implementation of bundling data specifications, policies, and standards.
  • Partner with global partners to facilitate effective communication and roadshows around product development, compliance, and data‑quality initiatives.
  • Leverage data analytics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement, working closely with technology teams to quantify the impact of proposed solutions.
  • Conduct market research and benchmark arenaflex’s data practices against industry standards, sharing insights and recommendations with relevant stakeholders.
  • Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and high performance.
  • Uphold arenaflex’s core values of Inclusion, Collaboration, and Drive by modeling respectful behavior, encouraging open dialogue, and supporting individual development through regular feedback and coaching.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support the broader objectives of arenaflex’s private‑label business.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience creating and managing documentation and specification projects, preferably within bundling strategy or product development.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority, lead projects, resolve conflicts, and build consensus across diverse, remote teams.
  • Strong knowledge of documentation best practices, technical writing, and data governance.
  • Proven track record of developing compelling training materials, presentations, and communication plans.
  • Experience driving cross‑functional initiatives, fostering collaboration, and delivering measurable results.
