There is no base salary, no draw, and no hourly pay. Top performers on our team earn $10,000–$15,000+ per month. GC Radar is a B2B SaaS company serving trade contractors across the Southeast — roofers, plumbers, electricians, and general contractors. We use real-time permit data from county records to help contractors find new revenue opportunities before their competitors. Our closers sell monthly subscriptions in the $497–$1,497 range to contractors who need what we do. What you'll do
- Run Zoom demos with pre-qualified inbound leads
- Cold call and prospect from internal lead lists to supplement inbound volume
- Close monthly subscriptions in the $497–$1,497 range
- Manage your pipeline in GoHighLevel
- Hit weekly KPIs across dials, demos set, demos held, and closes
- Hand off closed accounts cleanly to onboarding Requirements
- Prior experience in commission-only sales
- 1+ year of phone or Zoom-based B2B sales
- Comfortable making 100+ outbound dials per day in addition to running inbound demos
- Experience closing monthly subscriptions, SaaS, or recurring revenue contracts
- Professional presence on camera
- Strong objection handling
- Reliable internet, quiet workspace, and a working headset Compensation
