About Laine Laine Neural Network is the infrastructure layer of the global legal economy — an AI-powered platform where legal documents are drafted, reviewed, negotiated, signed, and disputed, within a single network. We license the platform to law firms and corporate in-house legal teams across jurisdictions. Launched in Switzerland in April 2026; US go-live July 2026. The Role July marks our starting point in the US where we are scaling the sales team to 20 by December 2026. Laine is currently active in Switzerland where we have an early sales motion in place. Now we need someone to systematize, extend, scale, and own it. You will take what exists, make it repeatable, and build the team around it. What You Will Own

  • Team building: onboard and train every incoming sales hire; define the standard from day one
  • Outreach strategy: design the US go-to-market motion: ICP targeting, sequencing, tooling selection, and implementation
  • Team management: day-to-day pipeline oversight, HubSpot administration, performance follow-up, and rep development
  • Reporting: direct line to the CEO on pipeline health, team attainment, and market feedback

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven track record building and scaling a B2B SaaS sales team — 7+ years in sales, 2+ in a leadership role
  • Experience in legal tech, professional services tech, or a highly regulated vertical preferred
  • Hands-on with CRM and outreach tooling (HubSpot, Clay, Apollo, Outreach or equivalent)
  • Ability to build a motion from scratch — not just inherit and run one
  • A coach first: you hire for potential, develop for performance, and never hoard deals
  • Austin-based preferred; open to any US location for the right candidate

Compensation

  • Base salary: USD 165,000–USD190,000
  • OTE: USD 200,000–USD250,000, tied to team quota attainment
