We’re headquartered in Centennial, we’ve completed 1,500+ installations across the Front Range, and we’re the state’s only local Enphase Platinum Installer and EnergySage’s Local Installer of the Year for 2024. We’re adding a senior closer to our team and are looking for a proven solar pro who wants a stable home, premium product, and uncapped upside instead of another 1099 churn shop.   • We feed you leads — and you get first pick. Roughly 50 qualified leads a month from EnergySage, SolarReviews, Angi, Enphase referrals, and our own website. As a senior consultant, you’ll work our warmest, highest-intent leads. No cold prospecting.
  • W-2 employment, not 1099. You’re an employee. We cover the employer side of payroll taxes, so your take-home goes further than the same number on a 1099 plan.
  • Senior commission tier with a higher accelerator. A richer rate than our associate plan and an accelerated rate on everything above target level. Your effective commission climbs the more you sell, with no cap.
  • A brand that closes. Premium Enphase-backed systems and an award-winning local reputation give you a real edge in a competitive market.

What you’ll do

  • Run high-quality in-home and virtual consultations with homeowners from company-provided leads
  • Design and present custom solar and battery proposals tailored to each home
  • Educate homeowners honestly on savings, financing, and Colorado’s solar landscape
  • Run a disciplined pipeline with fast follow-up and meticulous attention to detail
  • Mentor and set the standard for newer consultants as we grow the team
  • Hand off each closed deal to our project management team, who carry it through installation — keeping you focused on selling

What we’re looking for

  • 5+ years of sales experience, with 2+ years in solar sales preferred, and a documented production record
  • A consistent track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
  • Polished consultative selling, strong follow-through, and meticulous attention to detail
  • Comfort owning a number and working company-provided leads at a high conversion rate
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for in-home appointments

Compensation & benefits

  • 100% commission — no base salary. This is a fully commissioned role. You’re a W-2 employee (we cover the employer side of payroll taxes and provide your leads), but every dollar you earn is performance-based and uncapped.
  • On-target earnings ~$112,500, with a realistic range of $90,000–$142,500 across our expected production band — uncapped and W-2, so top producers earn more
  • Senior tiered commission with an accelerated rate above target
  • First pick of qualified leads, plus company-provided CRM and sales tools
  • Benefits are on the horizon — we’re targeting a company benefits program as a 2027 initiative
  • Expected production: ~$1.5M in annual sales (senior consultants typically land in the $1.25M–$1.75M range), fully supported by our lead flow
