Part-Time LCSW – Telehealth (Daytime, Hours/Week) Fully remote. Consistent schedule.
Solstice Healthcare is a Connecticut-based mental health practice providing therapy and medication management through a collaborative care model. We are hiring an LCSW to see adults in a structured, part-time telehealth role with steady patients and full administrative support. Compensation & Schedule
- $75 per completed clinical hour
- 12–15 hours per week (minimum 12 required)
- You choose your hours within Monday–Friday between 9am–4pm
- Fixed weekly schedule (same hours each week)
- Opportunity to increase hours over time
- W2 employee (not independent contractor)
Role
- Provide individual outpatient therapy via telehealth
- Maintain consistent weekly sessions with patients
- Complete documentation within 24 hours
- Collaborate with medication management providers as needed

Requirements
- Active Connecticut LCSW license in good standing
- Comfortable working independently via telehealth
- Able to maintain a consistent weekly schedule
