Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant (Remote)
Job Title : Remote Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant - Advanced Practice Provider Location: Remote (Vermont, VT) Setting: Telehealth / Outpatient Musculoskeletal (MSK) Care Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time | Flexible Day Shifts Minimum Availability: 10 Hours per Week 100% Remote Summary: We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join a growing telehealth healthcare organization. This fully remote position offers flexible full-time or part-time scheduling and the opportunity to provide virtual care to patients experiencing back, neck, and joint pain. The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical and communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in an innovative digital health environment. Position Overview This role offers the opportunity to provide virtual care to patients experiencing back, neck, and joint pain while working alongside a multidisciplinary team in a fast-growing digital health environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial patient evaluations and medical screenings.
- Perform follow-up assessments and manage patient escalations.
- Diagnose and treat musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions via telehealth.
- Collaborate with physicians, physical therapists, and health coaches.
- Participate in clinical discussions and quality improvement initiatives.
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered virtual care.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA).
- Minimum 2 years of Musculoskeletal (MSK) or Orthopedic experience.
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
- Reliable high-speed internet and dedicated home workspace.
Preferred Qualifications
- Telemedicine experience.
- Health-tech or startup experience.
- Experience working in a multidisciplinary care environment.
- Additional state licenses are a plus.
