- Supporting our delivery and customer care teams with a mix of practical tasks
- Setting up and configuring new client accounts on our platform
- Helping to respond to client queries
- Generally keeping the wheels turning during a high volume stretch
Skills
- Strong written communication, you'll be dealing directly with clients
- Comfortable with web-based platforms and picking up new systems quickly
- Organised and reliable, especially when managing multiple tasks at once
- Available to start promptly and commit to the full contract period
- Previous experience in a SaaS, tech, or admin-heavy environment would be a bonus
