[Remote] Marketing Coordinator

They are hiring a Marketing Coordinator who will support digital fundraising and marketing campaigns using AI tools and work directly with Managers and Directors to execute client programs.
Responsibilities
- Support digital fundraising and marketing campaigns using AI tools
- Draft email, SMS, and web copy using AI
- Coordinate email and text deployments
- Create and manage WinRed pages
- Generate multiple content variations for testing
- Assist with audience segmentation and targeting
- Help prepare client performance reports
- Use AI to summarize trends and insights
- Research candidates, campaigns, and PACs
- Maintain content schedules and project timelines
- Minimal graphic design as needed
- Use AI to increase efficiency in every aspect of the company
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- Extensive daily use of ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini
- Strong written communication skills
- High attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Organized and dependable
