The role involves challenging language models on various linguistic topics, verifying their accuracy, and documenting errors to improve performance.
Responsibilities
- Converse with the model on language scenarios
- Verify factual accuracy and logical soundness
- Capture reproducible error traces
- Suggest improvements to our prompt engineering and evaluation metrics
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Cordobés language, linguistics, or a closely related field
- Native-level fluency in Cordobés
- Deep, practical understanding of the dialect's nuances
- Extensive experience in teaching, translation, or community-based linguistic projects
- Clear, metacognitive communication skills
