Overview
Job Summary This position is responsible for the implementation and project management of marketing campaigns and the support of the design and development of marketing plans and campaigns. They will work with the marketing team to support channels that deliver the best ROI. They will be responsible for managing requests from the field and effectively communicating with internal and external partners. The classification of this position is broad and assigned specific functional areas; duties and assignments may overlap depending on the operational needs of the department. Essential Functions and Responsibilities include the following: Responsible for the implementation and project management of digital, online, and email marketing campaigns Support the creation and maintenance of website content. Support the development of marketing campaigns Support the creation of marketing materials, content, presentations, sales tools for internal and external use. Manage requests from the field and effectively communicate with partners. Responsible for brand assets; coordination with the design team to develop marketing materials. Other duties as assigned Additional Job Requirements Regular scheduled attendance Time spent traveling <5% Subject to applicable laws and Blue Hawaiian Helicopters policies, regular attendance is an essential function of the position. All employees must follow Blue Hawaiian Helicopters employment practices and policies. Supervisory Responsibilities This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Qualifications

Education & Experience High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and two to five years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Associate’s degree (A.A.) preferred. Minimum of three years accounting experience. Skills Critical Thinking - Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems. Able to meet deadlines and multi-task. Self-starter. Strong communication skills both written and verbal. A/P and A/R experience. General ledger accounting skills preferred. Computer Skills Advanced with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Knowledge of Alpro, Mas90, RITE, and other POS systems preferred.
