Kernely is backed by one of London's biggest investors. We're looking for Industry Advisors and Strategic Partners with deep experience and networks across industrial enterprises. The Opportunity This is not a full-time position. We're assembling a small, senior advisory network. There are no fixed hours, no quotas, and no day-to-day operational burden. You decide how and when you engage. For the right person, much of the value comes simply from being who you already are: a trusted name in industrial safety, with relationships that took a career to build. Where You Add Value

• Opening doors.

Warm introductions to the safety, operations, and plant leaders you already know — the single most valuable thing you can bring, and the one most directly rewarded.

• Lending your judgment.

Occasional input on whether what we're building actually serves the field, and the credibility of your name alongside it.

• Light advisory engagement, on your terms.

Reviewing predictive insights, weighing in on best practice, or coaching a client team — only as much as suits you. Who This Is For

• A senior or recently retired EHS/OSH leader who still wants a hand in the field.
• Someone with deep, real relationships among decision-makers in high-risk industries (manufacturing, construction, energy, logistics).
• A person whose reputation and network are genuine assets — and who'd rather put them to work on their own schedule than not at all.

What You Bring

• A long track record advising on workplace risk, prevention, and EHS strategy at a senior level.
• A strong network of operational and safety decision-makers, and the standing to make an introduction land.
• Professional credentials (NEBOSH or equivalent) are welcome — though at this level, your track record and relationships matter more than any certificate.
