Job description The role: We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with 4-7 years of hands-on expertise in Salesforce platform development, customization, and integration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable solutions, implementing best practices, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring that our Salesforce environment meets evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Development & CustomizationDesign, develop, and implement custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura components. Build and maintain custom objects, workflows, validation rules, flows, and triggers. Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools. Architecture & DesignCollaborate with technical architects to design scalable and secure Salesforce solutions. Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines. System Enhancements & SupportTranslate business requirements into technical specifications. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in existing implementations. Perform unit testing, integration testing, and deployment activities using CI/CD tools (e.g., Git, Copado, Jenkins). Collaboration & MentorshipWork closely with business analysts, admins, and QA teams to deliver quality solutions. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Required Skills & Qualifications 4–7 years of Salesforce development experience in enterprise environments. Should have experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Strong expertise in:Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Salesforce Flows and Process Builder SOQL, SOSL queries REST/SOAP API integrations Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, declarative development, and customization. Hands-on experience with DevOps tools (Git, Copado, Jenkins, Bitbucket, etc.). Strong knowledge of Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits. Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). Salesforce Platform Developer I (mandatory), Platform Developer II (preferred), or equivalent certification. Preferred Skills Exposure to Einstein Analytics, Marketing Cloud, or CPQ is a plus. Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS for advanced customizations.
