Based out of Trevose, Pennsylvania, our team provides support in nearly all 50 states. Our mission is to assist in securing life enhancing benefits for senior citizens and other eligible Medicare beneficiaries. Our office is located at 2700 Interplex Dr, Trevose PA, 19053. Job Title Medicare Insurance Agent Job Description A Medicare Insurance Agent will assist Medicare Advantage (Part C) eligible beneficiaries in enrolling into the best plan available. Agents will answer questions regarding eligible plans and offer details on each available option. Leads on Medicare Advantage eligible beneficiaries will be provided by MPC LLC. Agents will use a dialer system, a CRM, and other web-based tools provided by MPC LLC to conduct outbound and inbound calls to eligible beneficiaries. Agents will be required to stay current with ongoing licensing and compliance requirements. (MPC LLC can assist in further licensing) · Experience contacting Medicare eligible individuals via telephone. (Preferred) · 1 year minimum acting as an insurance sales representative in the Medicare space. Skills/Abilities · Strong presentation and public speaking skills. Personable over the phone. · Ability to persuade prospective buyers and use a competitive attitude. Winning spirit. · Strong computer skills. · Maintain a positive work culture. Be a team player who elevates those around them. · Develop and maintain appropriate understanding of Medicare advantage products. · High level of integrity. Able to take constructive criticism and flexible with coaching. · Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities · Complete sales training regarding product knowledge and systems. · Ensure a positive customer experience by educating customers on the features and benefits of the product, responding to questions, and overcoming objections. · Successfully enroll clients in appropriate Medicare Advantage plans. Follow all local, state, and federal regulations related to Medicare Job Type Full-time Pay $40,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year Schedule
