Work from Home Requirements As a remote employee, you'll need to meet the following requirements
  • Internet Requirements + Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 15.0 Mbps + Minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 5.0 Mbps + ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms + Internet connections cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P, or VPN
  • Proof of internet speed required
  • Clean and quiet workspace Responsibilities As a Bilingual (Spanish) Healthcare Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include
  • Fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns
  • Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns
  • Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues
  • Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate
  • Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments
  • Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Providing feedback on call issues
  • Meeting sales objectives as defined Qualifications We're looking for fearless people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that we do. To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following qualifications
  • Bilingual Spanish/English
  • 6 months customer service experience minimum
  • Over 18 years of age
  • Ability to type 25 wpm
  • High School Graduate or GED
  • Comfort with desktop computer systems
  • Proven oral and written communication skills
  • 6 months Call Center experience, preferred
  • Logical problem-solving skills
  • Availability to work various shifts
  • Ability to use Windows operating systems
  • Organization and work prioritization skills
  • 6 months sales experience minimum
  • Able to work independently
  • Ability to work in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment
  • Ability to stay composed and objective
  • Strong listening skills
