SALES ANALYST II

McCormick & Company is a leader in herbs, spices, seasonings, and condiments, and they are seeking a Sales Analyst to support Walmart and Sam's Club sales. This entry-level position involves providing in-depth sales analysis, managing forecasts, and executing ad-hoc projects to identify opportunities and risks in sales performance.

Responsibilities

• Managing internally and externally, the tracking and execution of new items
• Managing forecast analysis and owning key reporting
• Analytics & insights that assist in Sales & Commercialization processes including business reviews, planning, day by day sales and operations & category management
• Executes ad-hoc projects and action plans

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Management or related field
• Must have demonstrated skills working on small projects and basic analytic assignments
• Proficiency with MS Excel, Power Point and Power BI
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Must be self-motivated, possess excellent communication and organization skills, project a professional image, and interact effectively with all levels within the organization
• Must be willing to travel several times per year
• Knowledge of McCormick Operations and Internship
• Experience in Sales, Marketing, Finance or a related field
• Experience in working with SAP, Syndicated/Scan Data with ACNielsen or Circana
• Supplier One, Scintilla, Power BI and/or Salsify experience would be a plus
• E-Commerce experience needed (General Knowledge)
