[Remote] Field Sales Representative (Windsor)

The Field Sales Representative will develop professional relationships with customers, optimize sales, and ensure visibility in retailers while achieving sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a maximum visual impact and an optimum shelf availability through merchandising techniques
• Implement and monitor promotional activities
• Point of buying materials placement and implementation
• Report on activities

Skills

• Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
• Solid knowledge about sales and negotiation processes
• Strong analytical skills
• Sales experience required, preferably FMCG/CPG
• Perseverance and attention to details
• University Bachelor´s Degree (4 years), preferably business administration/commerce
• Valid driver's license including a favorable driving record (a Driver's Abstract will be required)
• The successful candidate must live near Windsor
• A passion for the CPG industry, with an eagerness to represent and sell iconic brands like Oreo, Ritz, and Cadbury
• A strong understanding of retail dynamics and a drive to deliver results through effective in-store execution and customer engagement
