Recruiter - TA partner

BIC World is a community of brands committed to creating innovative and sustainable products. They are seeking a motivated Junior Recruiter to support the hiring process by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews to ensure a smooth recruitment experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities for various positions
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and databases
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
• Conduct initial HR screening calls and assess candidate suitability
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain candidate records and update recruitment trackers
• Post job openings on recruitment platforms and company career pages
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Support onboarding and documentation activities when required

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and hiring practices
• Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn recruitment is a plus
• Spanish and English speaker (ideally bilingual)
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Availability to work on a hybrid model
