[Remote] Outreach & Database Coordinator

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Hand Made Media Sweden AB is seeking an organized and detail-oriented administrative professional for their LifeHikes initiative. The role involves building and maintaining a master database of media contacts and supporting outreach campaigns to enhance media presence for the CEO.

Responsibilities

• Help us execute multi-channel outreach campaigns and track activities, responses, and follow-ups across media, summits, and influencer pipelines
• Support us to build an outreach database by researching and mapping connections between C-suite leaders at the world's largest companies and our organizational network to identify warm introduction pathways
• Support our new "50 in 2026" media campaign (our push to have our CEO on 50 podcast appearances in 2026) by researching and coordinating podcast and speaking opportunities

Skills

• Comfortable executing a high volume of structured outreach activities consistently (e.g., LinkedIn connections, follow-ups, email campaigns) while maintaining accuracy
• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, nonverbal), especially the ability to write concise, professional outreach messages to a wide variety of stakeholders
• Detail oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects at once while ensuring a high level of accuracy
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with limited oversight
• Excellent ability to adapt in a fast-paced and evolving work environment; startup or small company experience preferred
• Curious learner who takes responsibility for your own growth, knowledge, and development
• Ability to utilize technology, including AI tools, to make your work more efficient
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a diverse group of people across time zones and cultures
• Excellent ability to adapt in a fast-paced and evolving work environment; startup or small company experience preferred
• Experience with LinkedIn, SalesForce.com, email tools such as Reply.io, and basic marketing platforms like Mailchimp is preferred
