[Remote] Video Game Specialist (US) - Freelance AI Trainer Project

The role involves interacting with AI-generated environments, completing objectives, and providing structured feedback to improve AI-driven world models.
Responsibilities
- Navigate through virtual environments, complete structured tasks or objectives, assess world coherence and responsiveness, identify navigation or physics inconsistencies, and document reproducible issues in model behavior
- Provide clear, structured feedback on performance gaps, unexpected behaviors, objective clarity, environmental realism, and interaction smoothness
Skills
- Strong PC gaming experience is required
- Familiarity with first-person or third-person navigation using WASD controls is essential
- Attention to detail and the ability to articulate gameplay observations precisely are essential
- Prior experience in Gaming QA, bug reporting, structured playtesting, or usability testing is a significant plus
- Entry-level candidates with strong gaming proficiency and the ability to document observations clearly are encouraged to apply
