Licensed Investment Services Consultant - PNC Wealth Management

Responsibilities

  • Actively and regularly coaches and educates internal eco partners to drive investment visibility, identify investment opportunities, and lead team on actions to achieve investment results
  • Has regular and effective communication with internal and external partners to build strong relationships that drive referral activity
  • Make referrals to internal business partners as appropriate
  • Promotes PNC's products and services to existing and prospective clients held either collectively in a book of business or through referred opportunities, demonstrating how PNC can help them achieve their financial goals
  • Identifies opportunities through meaningful conversations with customers
  • Develop and implement investment and insurance strategies and provide sound guidance for clients by recommending the best products to support such strategies
  • Applies product and procedural knowledge to solve client problems appropriately and efficiently
  • Owns and manages the end-to-end client experience, efficiently handling service transactions and identifying and executing sales opportunities
  • Creates customer loyalty and grows customer share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience
  • Meets service level agreements on lead and referral follow up as it relates to service and sales opportunities
  • Adheres to all applicable laws, regulations, policies and guidelines while maintaining accurate, complete and timely documentation for transactional activity completed on client accounts

Skills

  • University / college degree with < 1 year of professional experience and/or successful completion of a formal development program
  • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered
  • FINRA Series 7 required
  • FINRA Series 66 (or 63 & 65) required
