[Remote] Cares Retention Advocate
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. MyPlanAdvocate is a mission-driven company focused on helping Medicare beneficiaries stay informed and supported. They are seeking Cares Retention Advocates to make proactive outreach, assist with plan reviews, and maintain CRM documentation while working from home.
Responsibilities
- Make proactive outbound calls to resolve member issues and prevent disenrollment
- Handle inbound support with empathy and professionalism
- Conduct annual plan reviews and assist with re-enrollments
- Support plan changes, application updates, and collaborate with carriers/providers
- Maintain accurate CRM documentation and follow compliance workflows
- Assist with scheduling, verification, and campaign support as needed
Skills
- Active health insurance license
- 1–2 years of customer service, retention, or Medicare sales experience
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Multi-state health insurance license
- 2026 AHIP
- Bilingual (Spanish)
