Responsibilities
- A clear path from producer to agency owner
- Operational and lead systems already in place so you're not starting from scratch
- Licensing support; most candidates are fully licensed within 7 to 14 days
- Commission-based pay with performance bonuses and no earning ceiling
- Remote, flexible schedule - you own your time
- Mentorship from people who have built what you're trying to build
Skills
- An active life insurance license is required
- You're entrepreneurially wired and ready to build inside a proven structure
