[Remote] Business Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Judi Health is an enterprise health technology company providing innovative solutions for employers and health plans, including pharmacy benefit management. They are seeking a Business Analyst to collaborate with various teams to ensure the timely delivery of the product roadmap and enhance the overall member experience.

Responsibilities

• Intake product requests from operations stakeholders and clients
• Triage, research and identify technical solutions for data errors occurring within the Judi Health tech stack
• Work with operations and implementation teams to manage issue prioritization and resolution
• Collaborate with the APM to build business requirements and specifications for road mapped items as directed by the APM
• Responsible for ticket review and identification of misintent post QA
• Identify and make data driven recommendations to APM for high value product enhancements
• Assist product team with user experience testing, research, documentation, and stakeholder communication
• Assist Associate Product Manager & Team with user experience testing, research, documentation, and stakeholder communication
• Partner with APM to manage backlog and participate in team refinement & planning
• Provide support to the APM and team in terms of planning, roadmap development, and long-term strategy
• Responsible for adherence to the Judi Health Code of Conduct including reporting of noncompliance

Skills

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
• 1+ years of experience in an Analyst role, Software Engineering role or related work experience
• Demonstratable knowledge of SQL, Excel, and other data visualization tools
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with ability to translate between technical and not technical audiences both verbally and in writing
• Strong attention to detail and project management skills
• Working knowledge of common methods of data exchange
• Comfort or experience in a fast-paced, growing environment
• Intellectual and professional curiosity
• Familiarity with the agile framework/Certified Scrum Product Owner preferred
• Experience with Github or similar source code repositories
• Demonstratable knowledge of the Python programming language preferred
