Your Mission The Senior Corporate Communication Manager is responsible for developing and executing internal and external communication strategies that enhance the organization's reputation, strengthen stakeholder engagement, and support business objectives. This role leads corporate messaging, media relations, executive communications, crisis communication, and employee engagement initiatives. What You’ll Do Corporate Communications

  • Develop and implement comprehensive corporate communication strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all communication channels.
  • Create and manage communication plans for organizational initiatives and key announcements.

Media & Public Relations

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media, industry influencers, and external stakeholders.
  • Draft press releases, media statements, speeches, and thought leadership content.
  • Coordinate media interviews, press conferences, and public appearances.

Internal Communications

  • Design and execute employee communication programs to enhance engagement and organizational culture.
  • Develop communication materials for leadership announcements, town halls, and change management initiatives.
  • Manage internal communication platforms and channels.

Executive Communications

  • Prepare speeches, presentations, talking points, and communication materials for senior leadership.
  • Support executives in delivering consistent and impactful messaging.

Crisis & Reputation Management

  • Develop crisis communication frameworks and response protocols.
  • Manage communication during business-critical situations and reputation-related issues.
  • Monitor media coverage and public sentiment to identify potential risks.

Content & Digital Communications

  • Oversee corporate content creation for websites, newsletters, social media, and corporate publications.
  • Ensure content aligns with brand positioning and communication objectives.
  • Track and analyze communication effectiveness through relevant metrics.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Master's degree or professional certification preferred.
  • 10–15 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or related functions.
  • Experience managing communication strategies in large organizations or multinational environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong media relations and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Expertise in executive and crisis communications.
  • Strategic thinking and business acumen.
  • Content development and storytelling skills.
  • Project management and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
