The successful candidate is required to report to Manager and provide professional advice to the clients in the aspect of property management of the Firm's managed buildings. Job Responsibilities: Administer a property portfolio of commercial, residential and industrial buildings Work closely with the building-in-charge to ensure the quality of service delivered to our client and tenants Act as the company's representative to deal with the enquiries of the clients and tenants Qualifications: Degree holder in real estate, building management or related discipline 1 year's relevant experience in sizable property management company Knowledge of Building Management Ordinance, Landlord & Tenant (Consolidation) (Amendment) Ordinance, DMC and related ordinances Excellent client relationship management Initiative and able to work independently Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese Valid Hong Kong Estate Agents License will be a definite advantage Location: Remote –Hong Kong, SAR, China If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.
