As an Integrations Engineer, you will play a key role supporting customers by helping integrate our fraud solutions into their technical environments. This role is a hybrid technical and customer-facing position (approximately 50/50), requiring strong communication skills and the ability to troubleshoot and guide clients through integration processes. You will act as a trusted technical advisor, working closely with customers and internal teams to ensure successful implementations and ongoing support. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field 4+ years of experience in Application or system integrations / implementations Experience working with APIs, Web Services, REST, and/or SOAP Experience working in Cloud or SaaS environments Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in client-facing technical environments Strong communication skills and ability to interact directly with customers Fluency in English and Spanish We'd Love To See: Experience or familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Java, JavaScript, SQL, C#, PHP) (Note: coding is not required, but understanding helps support integrations more effectively) Experience in DevOps / reliability engineering environments Familiarity with fraud platforms or identity management solutions Portuguese language skills This is a remote position which may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.
