Specialist If you have: Three (3) years minimum administrative/clerical experience required Experience in a Purchasing environment is preferable Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, Outlook Intermediate level or above Excel skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to handle multiple projects Strong organizational and analytical skills A typical day may look like this: Pricing Services Support Engage with suppliers to: Obtain and Validate Price Files Obtain Return Policies, Terms and Conditions Price Adjustment Notification Maintenance Maintain and Update Databases Communication Maintenance of Department Inboxes Prepare Reports as required Other duties as required 80% - 90% Sitting We provide: Health, Vision, Dental and Life Insurance Competitive salary 401K benefit options Paid holiday and paid time off accrual Weekly Pay A work-hard play-hard environment Personal and professional growth Due to the requirements of the position, outside candidates may be considered.
