You will own complex litigation files, drive labor relations documentation, manage agency matters, and keep a fast-moving legal operation running at a high standard. You will work across U.S. and Canadian operations, partnering daily with Legal, HR, and People leaders. Big Law firm background is a strong plus. What You'll Do: Provide paralegal support for employment litigation, arbitrations, and administrative agency proceedings. Manage document collection, organization, review, and production; handle subpoena responses and discovery tracking. Respond to agency charges, audits, and information requests from the EEOC, DOL, NLRB, and state agencies. Support union labor matters including grievances, arbitrations, collective bargaining support, and NLRB filings. Track legal deadlines, calendars, and matter status reports to ensure timely execution. What You Bring: 5+ years of paralegal experience in labor and employment law, including litigation support. Demonstrated experience in a unionized environment: grievances, arbitrations, and labor relations matters. Big Law firm experience supporting labor and employment practices. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint. Experience supporting in-house legal teams in complex, multi-unit or enterprise-level organizations.
