Eligibility is based an applicant’s primary residence at time of hire. Job Summary: As a ProMedica Associate Recruiter, you will support recruiting efforts to meet systemwide workforce needs. When applications are submitted, you will review them and interview qualifying candidates. During the hiring process, you will make sure there is strong candidate communication and movement. You will create requisitions, job postings, perform reference checks and coordinate/confirm interviews for potential ProMedica employees. REQUIREMENTS Associate’s degree or combination of education and comparable work experience. Comparable work experience is minimum of 2 years experience in a high-volume talent acquisition role. 2+ years of professional experience in a Human Resources role. PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s Degree Experience supporting recruitment teams and functions in a healthcare organization.
