Job Title: Global Channel Partner Manager – U.S. Government & International Location: Remote USA Position Overview: The Global Channel Partner Manager – U.S. Government & International is responsible for building and managing SS8’s partner ecosystem with a primary focus on U.S. Government–aligned system integrators and channel partners, while also overseeing strategic international partners across EMEA, APAC, and other regions. This role owns partner strategy, enablement, and performance for partners selling into highly regulated federal and intelligence markets and ensures global partner alignment with SS8’s go-to-market strategy, compliance requirements, and revenue objectives. Key Responsibilities: U.S. Government Partner Focus (Primary)

  • Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage system integrators and channel partners selling into U.S. federal, law enforcement, and intelligence agencies
  • Develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies with cleared and federal-aligned partners
  • Support partners through U.S. Government procurement processes, including RFIs, RFPs, IDIQs, task orders, and compliance requirements
  • Enable partners with training, certifications, sales tools, and technical resources aligned to federal use cases
  • Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and bookings within U.S. Government accounts

Global Partner Management (Secondary)

  • Oversee and scale SS8’s global partner ecosystem across EMEA, APAC, and other international markets
  • Align regional sales teams with partners on joint pursuits, account strategy, and deal execution
  • Establish consistent global partner governance, metrics, and operating cadence

Partner Enablement & Performance

  • Define partner tiers, performance expectations, and success metrics
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and joint planning sessions
  • Manage deal registration, pricing alignment, and conflict resolution between direct and partner-led sales

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Legal, and Operations to ensure partner readiness, contract compliance, and effective go-to-market execution
  • Provide partner and market feedback to inform product roadmap and competitive positioning

Market & Ecosystem Intelligence

  • Track U.S. federal and international partner ecosystem trends, competitive alliances, and regulatory changes
  • Continuously assess and refine partner coverage to support strategic growth priorities

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in channel management, alliances, or partner-led sales supporting U.S. Government and public sector customers
  • Demonstrated success building and managing partner ecosystems with system integrators selling into federal, law enforcement, or intelligence agencies
  • Strong understanding of U.S. Government procurement processes and compliance-driven sales environments
  • Experience managing global partners across multiple regions and cultures
  • Proven ability to influence without authority across internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent executive-level communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as required
  • Fluency in English required; additional languages a plus

Compensation & Benefits: The expected base salary range for this position is $130,000 - $160,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s skills, experience, and qualifications. This role is also eligible to participate in SS8’s corporate bonus program, subject to the terms of the applicable plan.
