Key Responsibilities

Accurately review and assign appropriate medical codes (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS) to patient diagnoses and procedures.

Collaborate with coding supervisors and quality assurance teams to ensure ongoing accuracy.

Research and resolve coding discrepancies when flagged.

Participate in ongoing training programs to stay updated on coding guidelines and healthcare regulations.

• Required Skills and Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (required).

Basic computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel).
