Our client is seeking a highly experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to lead significant construction projects from inception to completion, operating entirely remotely. This role demands exceptional organizational skills, a deep understanding of construction methodologies, and the ability to manage complex projects entirely virtually. You will be responsible for all phases of project management, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, risk management, and quality control, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Key responsibilities include developing detailed project plans, managing contracts with vendors and subcontractors, and overseeing the procurement of materials and equipment. You will conduct regular remote site inspections and progress reviews, utilizing advanced technology and communication tools to maintain oversight and ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes. Maintaining meticulous project documentation, including progress reports, financial statements, and change orders, is crucial. Effective communication with all stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and site teams, is paramount to ensure project success. You will be expected to identify potential issues proactively and implement timely and effective solutions to mitigate risks. The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects in diverse environments. Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills are required. This role requires a high degree of self-discipline and the ability to work autonomously in a remote setting. Proficiency with project management software, BIM (Building Information Modeling) tools, and virtual collaboration platforms is essential. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project), BIM software, and virtual collaboration tools. Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards. Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
