Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling inbound calls from borrowers, insurance agents, and financial institutions regarding mortgage and insurance-related questions
  • Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Utilizing problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and provide timely solutions
  • Performing data entry tasks as required

Requirements

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will need:

  • Entry-level experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple calls simultaneously
  • Strong data entry skills and attention to detail

Work Schedule

The schedule for this role will be Monday through Friday, 10:30am to 7:00pm, and Saturdays, 10:00am to 2:00pm. If you work a Saturday shift, you will work four 9-hour shifts throughout the week and have either Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday off.
