Core Responsibilities

As an Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with Sales Representatives to analyze their sales territory and develop winning strategies to identify qualified leads through business development calling
  • Learning our strategy, vision, mission, and products to provide expert advice and solutions to our customers
  • Setting at least one product demonstration per working hour, with an average completion rate of 70%
  • Responding promptly to incoming phone calls and emails to ensure exceptional customer service
  • Mastering our company's telephone systems, email, and other tools to streamline your workflow and maximize productivity

Desired Qualifications and Qualities

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Cold-calling experience and a proven track record of success
  • Self-motivation and a natural ability to network and build relationships with strong interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Skilled in standard Microsoft systems, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent phone presentation and communication skills, with the ability to consistently meet or exceed sales quotas
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems and tools quickly

Schedule

Our Inside Sales/Customer Service Representatives work a standard schedule of:

  • Monday to Thursday: 7:30am to 4:30pm
  • Friday: 8:00am to 2:00pm

We're seeking an exceptional Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative who:

  • Possesses excellent phone presentation and communication skills
  • Has sales experience, although we'll provide training for the right candidate
  • Is able to consistently meet or exceed sales quotas
  • Can maintain constant energy and enthusiasm on all calls
  • Has strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems and tools quickly
