Responsibilities

As an On-Site Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to incoming calls and messages in a timely manner throughout your shift
  • Following all communication procedures, policies, and guidelines during every customer interaction
  • Providing real-time scheduling support by booking patient appointments
  • Logging all inquiries and managing the Call Inquiry Log/CRM platform
  • Handling customer complaints respectfully and professionally; routing to the appropriate department
  • Identifying customer questions, complaints, concerns, and overall needs
  • Assisting with other assigned administrative duties as needed
  • Exhibiting a high level of professionalism, including appropriate business attire and the ability to maintain proper etiquette in all communications and interactions

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • At least one year of experience with high-volume calls in a call center setting
  • Prior CRM or EHR software experience, with at least one year of experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and the ability to maintain proper etiquette
  • Ability to pass a routine background check
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a great attitude and professional demeanor
  • Excellent attention to detail, with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and consistently meet multiple deadlines
  • Ability to use good judgment and work with minimal supervision
  • High School Diploma or GED required

Our office is conveniently located in Northwest Houston, just five miles north of the Willowbrook Mall, near Vintage Park. As an On-Site Customer Care Representative, you'll work a variety of shifts, including:

  • 3 PM - 11 PM, Monday - Thursday
  • 7 AM - 3 PM, Saturday
