Position Purpose

We are looking for a Customer Service Professional with experience maintaining databases in German to join our dynamic and committed team. As a key member of our multicultural team, you will play a vital role in maintaining high-quality data and ensuring the accuracy of our reference files. Essential Functions

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Updating reference databases with new products and changes in the German countries' markets, ensuring the quality of the data
• Classifying products, standardizing, and grouping data following the company hierarchies and business rules
• Identifying required changes to the existing reference file
• Working together with Local offices to identify when and how to correct inaccurate data, delete data, or add new entries to make the reference files more complete
• Identifying and resolving routine exceptions and issues
• Performing quality control of maintained data and applying corrections as required
• Maintaining documentation of processes and procedures

Skills & Other Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• High level of German and mandatory High-level English
• Valuable experience maintaining and updating databases
• High school graduate or equivalent
• Highly organized with experience of working accurately to tight deadlines
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email)
• Experience working for multi-national corporations is an advantage
